Which Legacy Sites will we visit?
Participants will have the opportunity to view all three Legacy Sites:
- The Legacy Museum
- The National Memorial for Peace and Justice
- Freedom Monument Sculpture Park
What is the cost?
The cost to participate is $75. This includes round-trip transportation, entrance to all three Legacy Sites, and a boxed meal for the return trip home.
Will there be food?
- Breakfast and lunch will not be provided. You are encouraged to eat before you arrive at the meeting location.
- You will be responsible for covering the cost of your lunch. There are many options nearby, including Pannie-George’s, which is attached to the Legacy Museum.
- A boxed meal for the return trip home will be provided.
Can I bring my child?
Children must be at least 13 years of age to participate.
How should I dress?
The National Memorial for Peace and Justice and Freedom Monument Sculpture Park are outdoor exhibits. Dress comfortably and wear walking shoes.
When is the deadline to purchase a ticket?
The deadline to purchase your ticket is September 14, 2026 by 11:59 pm. Space is very limited to facilitate a more personal experience, so don’t delay!
Will I receive an itinerary?
Yes. Registered participants will receive an itinerary two weeks before the trip.
What else do I need to know?
The exhibits may elicit intense emotions. We encourage participants to join with a friend, family member, or connect with a buddy to share the experience together.
